  • Contracts with suppliers and partners include clauses prohibiting modern slavery and human trafficking.

  • Regular audits and reviews of our supply chain are conducted to ensure compliance.
4 - REPORTING AND ACCOUNTABILITY

4.1     Whistleblowing Policy:

  • We encourage employees and partners to report any concerns regarding modern slavery or unethical practices without fear of retaliation.

4.2     Investigation:

  • All reported incidents are promptly investigated, and appropriate action is taken.

4.3     Accountability:

  • Any violation of this policy by employees, suppliers, or partners may result in disciplinary action, including termination of contracts or employment.

We are committed to regularly reviewing and improving our policies and practices to address modern slavery risks effectively. This includes:

This policy is overseen by Developp’s senior management team. Progress and compliance with this policy are reviewed annually, and updates are made as required to align with evolving standards and regulations.
